                        guests to the 51st  Annual USS ESSEX Reunion in Charlotte, N.C.

1030 – 1200    Registration and Tour Packets table will be in front of /or in the Hospitality Room

0900 – 2300    Hospitality Room,   (Bar open, If someone is available to tend bar while touring)

1400 – 1730    Tour #1,   Tree House Vineyards

0900 – 1730    Tour #4,   Transportation Museum / Lunch / &   Historic Latta Plantation

0900 – 1200    Members General Business Meeting   “Show membership card for admission”

1400 – 1630    Tour #5,   Charlotte City Tour

1200 – 1830    Hospitality Room – will open following the Auction

1915 – 2300    Ladies Auction;   Starting at 1730 you may bring in your items to be Auctioned

 

Saturday,  August 15, 2020

1000 – 1100    Memorial Service

1730 – 2230    Tour #6,   Dinner Cruise,  Bus leaves Hotel  ON TIME  for Dinner Cruise

 

Sunday,  August 16, 2020

0800                Farewell to Shipmates and Friends until next year.
