To be held at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport Southcenter located at 16500 Southcenter Parkway Seattle, Washington 98188. Room rates are $189 a night plus tax. Hotel has complimentary overnight parking. The registration cost is $259 per person and includes:

 no later than July 24, 2026 to make your room reservations. Be sure to use the group code B52 to receive your group room rate of $189 plus $2 fee plus tax per night. For attendees that would like to come in early or extend their stay after the Rendezvous the group room rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the Rendezvous based on hotel room availability.

TOUR # 1 –BOEING FACTORY TOUR

                                        Friday September 11th                       0800-1600                     Price $87
We are currently working on a VIP tour,  if finalized, there will be a limited number of people allowed on this VIP tour and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to submit your registration early to secure a spot. All other people registering for this tour will be on the regular factory tour.  Step inside the world’s largest building by volume and witness the incredible process of airplane manufacturing on the Boeing Everett Factory Tour. Located in Everett, Washington, this guided experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Boeing’s wide-body airplanes—such as the 747, 767, 777, and 787 Dreamliner—are built from start to finish. During the tour, guests will explore the massive assembly lines, learn about Boeing’s rich history and innovative technologies, and gain insight into the engineering and teamwork that go into creating some of the world’s most advanced aircraft. Knowledgeable guides provide fascinating commentary as visitors view the factory floor from elevated observation decks. The experience also includes access to the Boeing Future of Flight exhibit, where interactive displays and hands-on activities highlight the science and innovation shaping the future of aviation. Tour offers an unforgettable look at the power of American aerospace innovation. Lunch will be on our own at the Future of Flight Café. or if time allows we will go to the Seattle Waterfront for lunch on your own.

 

TOUR # 2 –CHIHULY GARDEN GLASS MUSEUM

                                         Friday September 11th                       1000-1600                    Price $89
Step into a world where art, light, and nature collide at Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum, one of Seattle’s most stunning cultural attractions. This immersive experience showcases the breathtaking work of world-renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly through a series of indoor galleries, a vibrant outdoor garden, and a dramatic Glasshouse. As you explore, you’ll see towering glass sculptures, intricate installations, and bold colors that seem to glow from within. The outdoor garden blends Chihuly’s radiant glass forms seamlessly with lush plants and flowers, creating a constantly changing display of art and nature. The tour culminates in the Glasshouse, where a massive suspended glass sculpture floats beneath a soaring glass-and-steel ceiling—an unforgettable highlight.

 

                                                                                TOUR # 3 – MUSEUM OF FLIGHT
                                                          Saturday September 12th                          0930-1530                   Price $65
Discover the fascinating world of aviation and space exploration on the Museum of Flight Tour, as one of the largest air and space museums in the world, the Museum of Flight offers an inspiring journey through more than a century of flight innovation. During the tour, you’ll explore an incredible collection of historic aircraft, spacecraft, and interactive exhibits. Highlights include stepping aboard the original Air Force One, walking through the Concorde, and seeing the Space Shuttle Trainer used by NASA astronauts. The museum’s galleries showcase everything from the early days of flight and World War I & II aircraft to modern jets and the future of space travel. The museum also showcases legendary military aircraft including the B-29 Superfortress and B-52 Superfortress. Knowledgeable guides bring history to life with stories of daring pilots, groundbreaking engineers, and milestone achievements that changed the way we travel and explore. Lunch on your own at the Museum Café.
