What is the cost for using this service:
We make our money 3 ways. First , we get a commission from the hotel. Second there is a registration fee built into your registration price which typically runs $15 per person. Third: We make money on any tours we coordinate.

Won’t using a planner cost us more?
Typically no. It’s the power of numbers that helps. We do so many reunions a year that many hotels give us special prices that individual groups can’t get. Plus we can get agency discounts on buses, events and tours that aren’t available to groups or associations. These all help to offset the registration fee.

How are your prices compared to other meeting planning companies?
The Reunion BRAT has continually shown to offer the best prices on reunions throughout the country, than any other military reunion planners.. We believe the more affordable you make a reunion… the more people can attend. Thus we may make less per person than most companies but more people attend, creating a win- win situation.

No. Basically we work for free until the reunion takes place!

We will coordinate your reunion in literally any city, Nationwide, that you choose.

Yes. We also coordinate reunions in Europe.

Do your reunions provide hospitality rooms?
Absolutely! We consider them to be “ your living room” for the reunion. We even do the shopping and keep it stocked w/ snacks and beverages for you!

How large of a groups do you work with?
We coordinate reunions for 75 –2500 or more. In September and October we require a minimum of 100 attendees.

What services do you provide during the reunion on site.
Anything you need! One of our National Site Coordinators attend the entire reunion to oversee that everything runs smoothly. We run the registration desk, shop for the hospitality room and keep it stocked, coordinate with the hotel at all functions, load buses for tours and a million other little things to make your reunion the perfect event! Whatever you need on site, we are there for you!

Will you send out our mailings?
Yes. But this is the only time we charge additionally. And then we only charge for the postage and copy costs. This can be paid either directly by the Association or added to the registration package fees.

Who decides on what hotel we are going to? You or us?
You do! We sign no contracts without first obtaining your approval. But we do all your legwork. We present you with an option of typically 3 hotels, in the city of your choice. For each we give you the room rate and what the registration package price will be. We also provide you with a summary of the hotel with information such as size of the hospitality room, what’s within walking distance, parking fees, airport transportation fees, etc… Then you choose which hotel you want us to book on your behalf.

What do you mean by Registration Package Price?
This includes the cost of whatever you want for your reunion and our registration fee. For example Banquet, DJ, Breakfast, Stocking the hospitalty room, audio visual etc…. Tours can be added into the package price or listed as optional. We can also break out costs for each event ( ie Reception, Banquet, Breakfast) at the reunion separately if you choose.

Yes, happy to do it. Then we forward the money to you prior to the reunion.

Our association typically makes some money on the reunions to help defray our costs throughout the year. How can we still do this?
Not a problem. We help our association with this all the time. You just tell us how much you want to make per person and add it to the registration package price. Then we forward the money to you prior to the reunion.

Yes. You just let us know what parts of the reunion you want to coordinate and we will do the rest!

Yes. We work with public affairs offices on bases and posts throughout the country to provide this service.

What kind of tours do you offer?
Whatever you want. We make suggestions of things to do and see locally and can put a tour together however you like. We also are happy to coordinate tours on local bases and posts.
